Linear specifications

Edexcel’s GCSE in Mathematics: Linear specifications are the traditional option with two written exam papers at the end of the curriculum.

These specifications allow students to consolidate their knowledge before their examination and to build understanding of the curriculum over the course.

The curriculum for GCSE in Mathematics: Linear is identical to that of GCSE in Mathematics: Modular, allowing linear pupils to change to a modular programme and vice versa.
